Zoning no longer requires any screened buffers and it is up to the discretion of the local planning board for this protection. I would like someone to review the SEQRA application and help us understand any adverse plans that we are local residential community need to challenge. These presentations have gone very well. We are working on a standard format using a template so that any of our CAC members can give the presentation. If your CAC is interested in GIS Planning Board presdentaton, please contact me. I believe that a standard that can be used by all CAC's is possible.
